G2 Legal Limited is recruiting a Rural Property Solicitor in Inverness with hybrid working. You will advise landowners, estates and rural businesses across the Highlands and Islands, handling crofting and land reform matters.

You'll join a recognised rural property team, gain exposure to high-quality transactions, and benefit from ongoing training and clear progression in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Scottish-qualified Solicitor.
• Interest in rural property, land or agricultural law.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organised with ability to manage a varied workload.
• Commercially aware and client-focused.
• Keen to develop within a specialist practice area.

Responsibilities

• Advise on rural property transactions and land-related matters.
• Assist with crofting, agricultural and estate-related work.
• Support clients on forestry, land management and rural business matters.
• Work on natural capital and net-zero projects.
• Assist with community land and land reform initiatives.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
