Responsibilities

• The role offers a significant level of variety and interest. You will work across a range of work-types, including traditional agricultural property work and diversification projects.
• Day to day work includes matters connected with rural property, including sales and acquisitions of agricultural land and buildings, property development, investment work, renewable energy projects, drafting overage provisions, farm-related tenancies including succession rights and surrenders, wayleaves and easements, and more.
• You may also get involved in supporting the wider real estate team.
• You will receive good supervision and training, with the opportunity to build a name for yourself in a rewarding and varied discipline. The team will encourage involvement in business development opportunities as part of the firm.
• Full-time or part-time considered. We are happy to discuss working patterns and flexibility to accommodate the successful candidate.
