Job summary

ENL Legal Recruitment is seeking an Agricultural & Rural Property solicitor to join a well-regarded team in Berkshire. The role involves handling a broad spectrum of rural property work, from routine matters to specialist transactions, with a mix of teamwork and autonomy.

You will advise on farm sales and purchases, tenancies, easements and related commercial arrangements, and contribute to diversification projects in the rural economy, including renewables and biodiversity initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1+ years PQE in agricultural and rural property law
• Experience with farm sales/purchases, tenancies and related conveyancing matters
• Exposure to diversification projects within the rural economy (renewables, biodiversity, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Broad spectrum of rural property work, from routine matters to specialist transactions
• Advising on farm sales and purchases, agricultural tenancies, easements and wayleaves
• Take ownership of matters while receiving guidance from experienced practitioners
