Job summary

North Cumbria Home Oxygen Service at NCIC invites applications for a Band 3 administrative role based in Wigton. The post supports the clinical team with clerical duties, coordinating office procedures and acting as a key contact for the service.

The role focuses on accuracy, organisation and patient-centred communication. The successful candidate will join a patient-focused oxygen service, working standard hours Monday to Friday, with pro rata salary £25,760–£27,476 and a permanent contract.

Qualifications

• GCSE maths and English
• ECDL or equivalent
• Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Provide effective clerical and administrative support to the North Cumbria Oxygen service
• Coordinate and implement office procedures with strong organisational skills
• Be the first point of contact for the service, requiring clear communication
• Support service hours Monday to Friday 08:30–16:30 and liaise with internal/external stakeholders
