Ardent Management Limited is expanding its Agricultural Liaison Officer team to support major infrastructure projects across the UK. The role involves coordinating with landowners and contractors to ensure works comply with legal agreements and approved methods.

It offers hybrid working across Birmingham, London, Leeds or Manchester with opportunities to travel to meet affected parties and work with industry experts on CPOs and DCOs.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with landowners, contractors and clients on major infrastructure projects.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary liaison between landowners, occupiers, contractors and client teams on site.
• Support delivery of works in compliance with consents and construction methods.
• Maintain records, monitor timesheets and expenses, and assist in risk management and reporting.
