This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive, forward-thinking team delivering a broad range of rural surveying services-from traditional estate management to strategic property advice, agency, valuations, and more. You'll work alongside experts across planning, valuation, infrastructure, and natural capital to deliver a truly integrated service to clients.

What's on Offer:

  • A highly competitive salary
  • Flexible benefits tailored to your lifestyle, including additional leave purchase, health cash plans, and cycle to work schemes
  • Options for flexible or agile working-open to discussion from day one
  • A dynamic, professional environment where you'll be encouraged to grow your skills and take ownership of your career

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing a varied portfolio of rural estates and land-owning clients
  • Acting as the main point of contact for key clients, delivering clear, reliable advice
  • Drafting agreements, negotiating deals, and supporting all aspects of estate management
  • Collaborating with specialist teams to drive new opportunities
  • Playing a role in developing internal systems and ensuring professional compliance
  • Supporting business development and assisting with presentations and pitches

Who We're Looking For:

You'll be MRICS-qualified with a solid background in rural property and estate management. If you're proactive, client-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this role could be a great fit. Experience building strong client relationships and mentoring others will be a big plus.
