Job Description:

This position is offered either as a 2-year fixed-term contract or as a daily rate contract for an initial period of 12 months. Part-time working (3 days or more per week) will be considered.

Thames Valley Police is one of the largest non-metropolitan police forces in England and Wales, covering Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, and Oxfordshire. The force manages a diverse property portfolio of approximately 140,000 sq m, including police stations, residential accommodations, training facilities, industrial assets, and other specialist facilities.

We seek to appoint an Interim Head of Estates Transformation to identify, develop, and support the delivery of proposals to transform our estate and enhance estate services.

The ideal candidate will have experience providing independent strategic estates advice to organizations with a comparable scale and complexity, and a diverse multi-site portfolio. Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills, along with high personal credibility, are essential for developing productive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
