Qualifications

• MRICS qualified Rural Chartered Surveyor with professional accreditation.
• Strong rural property/agricultural experience and sound technical knowledge.
• Experience across valuation, land management and compulsory purchase processes.
• Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills.
• Commercially minded, organised and able to work autonomously.
• Desire to develop career within a progressive rural practice.

Responsibilities

• Work across compulsory purchase & compensation matters.
• Advise on rural estate & land management strategies.
• Prepare and review valuations for clients.
• Provide guidance on property & land law issues.
• Contribute to strategic asset and business management.
• Engage in client advisory work and relationships.
