Job Description:

The Role

  • Provide day-to-day professional advice to a diverse portfolio of estate and land-owning clients.
  • Act as the first point of contact for existing clients, managing relationships to meet their current and future professional needs, offering sound and reasoned advice.
  • Manage rural estates and property portfolios, providing strategic advice, drafting agreements, negotiating deals, and handling a variety of property-related tasks.
  • Collaborate with Partners to identify and develop new business opportunities within the team.
  • Work with specialist teams such as planning and development, valuation, energy and infrastructure, agency, and natural capital to generate new fee opportunities.
  • Assist in developing and implementing efficient internal systems and processes, optimizing IT and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, professional, and corporate standards in all work activities.
  • Support pitch reporting and client presentations.
