Chadwick Nott is seeking a NQ-3 PQE Agricultural, Rural & Property Solicitor in Salisbury. The role covers a broad mix of land, rural and commercial property matters with genuine scope to develop expertise and build a long-term career within a UK Top 150 firm.

You'll work on landowners, farming businesses, estates, developers and local authorities, handling work from day-to-day property to complex development projects. Strong drafting and client communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with up to 3 years' PQE.
• Experience in Commercial Property, Agricultural Property or Rural Property preferred.
• Strong drafting and technical skills.
• Excellent client communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Sales and acquisitions of agricultural, rural and commercial land.
• Farm and estate acquisitions and disposals.
• Agricultural and commercial leases.
• Option, promotion and development agreements.
• Strategic land transactions and overage arrangements.
• Easements, covenants and other rights affecting land.
• Property matters for farming businesses and succession planning.
• Sales and refinancing of high-value property assets.
• General commercial property transactions.
