Qualificações

• NQ-3 years’ PQE in solicitorship.
• Experience in Commercial Property, Agricultural Property or Rural Property.
• Interest in land, rural businesses and development projects.
• Strong drafting skills and technical ability.

• Collaborative mindset and willingness to specialise.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a varied caseload in agricultural, rural and commercial property.
• Assist with farm and estate acquisitions and disposals.
• Handle leases, option and development agreements.
• Support strategic land transactions and overage arrangements.
• Address easements, covenants and land rights.
• Contribute to property aspects of farming business and succession planning.
• Assist with high-value property sales and refinancing.
