Major refurbishment to traditional community pub

The area

The pub is located in the town of Marske, close to the beach and transport links, just off the main town centre. The pub is surrounded by a strong combination of traditional seaside residential charm and a thriving town centre.

The surrounding area is strongly driven by mature middle-affluence customers and attracts strong visitor numbers. There are 3,278 people within a 10-minute walk and 6,470 within a 20-minute walk.
