Star Pubs Leased & Tenancy invites you to run The Duke’s Head under a Management Agreement. The pub will be refurbished and supplied with a ready-to-go till, stock ordering and health & safety systems, with full training and support from Just Add Talent.

Located in Sevenoaks, the Duke’s Head offers a premium drinks-led environment with live sport and community events. You’ll lead a team, deliver exceptional hospitality and develop a year-round events calendar to drive trade.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hospitality or retail team.
• Strong customer service focus and people skills.
• Ability to build and sustain a weekly/event calendar.

The Duke’s Head will be fully renovated and available on our Management Agreement, Just Add Talent. It combines our tried-and-tested pub concept with industry-leading training and support for you and your team.
