Star Pubs Leased & Tenancy is seeking a motivated pub manager for The Marlborough Head in Rochford, Essex. You will lead a team, implement a retail-focused plan, and build a memorable customer experience as part of our Just Add Talent offer.

The area:

The Marlborough Head is located in Rochford, just north of Southend-on-Sea in Essex.

Demographics:

The pub is one of 8 pubs found in an area of around 3,225 adults. The customer base is made up of all age ranges, of mostly medium affluence.

The offer:

The food currently makes up 10% of the pub’s total sales.
