The Railway pub in the heart of Lye welcomes a driven manager to run a ready-made operation under our Management Agreement, Just Add Talent. You’ll benefit from our proven pub concept, training and support, plus systems for till, stock ordering and health & safety.

Lead a team, deliver outstanding service and engage with the local community to growing trade, while leveraging the refurbishment's focus on 44% food sales to diversify revenue.

• Hands-on experience with kitchen management and food in a retail environment.
• Understanding of the local community.
• You know what it takes to deliver a retail offer.
• If you’re enthusiastic and retail focused.
• You love hospitality and are great with customers.

The Railway is available on our Management Agreement, Just Add Talent. It combines our tried-and-tested pub concept with industry-leading training and support for you and your team.
