Job summary

The Market Inn in Truro is available on our Management Agreement (Just Add Talent). It combines a ready-made pub concept with industry-leading training and support for you and your team. Manage a wet-led venue offering premium drinks and live events at a busy, well-connected location near Lemon Quay in the heart of Truro.

You will build an exciting calendar of events, deliver excellent service, and lead a team to create a vibrant, contemporary pub that attracts locals and visitors all week long.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and deliver great customer service.
• Proven ability to plan and execute events to drive footfall.

Responsibilities

• Run a pub under a management agreement with support.
• Drive trade through events and entertainment while maintaining standards.
