Job summary

Scottish Rugby is seeking a National Talent Pathway Coach to shape the future of professional rugby. You’ll develop high-potential Year 1 and Year 2 players through expert coaching, performance analysis and constructive feedback—sharpening their technical and tactical skills to help them excel to the highest level.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience leading a multidisciplinary team in high-performance sport.
• Experience developing young rugby players and managing stakeholders.
• Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office; athlete experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert coaching, analysis and feedback to develop players’ technical and tactical skills.
• Create and manage Individual Player Development Plans with exposure to elite rugby environments.
• Collaborate with international teams, clubs, schools and regional stakeholders.
• Identify and develop regional coaches while maintaining coaching standards and CPD.
• Support regional programme management, player identification and tracking, safeguarding.
