Job summary

Scottish Rugby seeks a National Talent Pathway Coach to develop high-potential Year 1 and Year 2 players through expert coaching, performance analysis and constructive feedback.

You will sharpen technical and tactical skills and provide exposure to elite rugby environments, while contributing to safeguarding and regional programme management.

Qualifications

• At least three years’ experience leading a multidisciplinary team in a high-performance sport environment.
• Proven experience developing young rugby players and managing and influencing relevant stakeholders.
• Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office; previous experience as an athlete is desirable.
• A satisfactory PVG check and a full, valid driving licence are essential.
