USP Storm Rugby Academy at USP College in Essex seeks a passionate Rugby Coach to support development for male and female players aged 16–19. You will lead coaching sessions, help grow participation, and strengthen pathways with clubs and schools, while delivering high-quality community programmes and tours.
You will collaborate with partners, prioritise inclusion, and drive youth development through effective coaching delivery, data analysis, and facility management at our education setting.
You will play a key role in supporting and delivering high-quality coaching and development for male and female student-athletes aged 16-19, while also contributing to the expansion and sustainability of the USP Storm Rugby Academy programme.
To support the delivery and growth of the USP Storm Rugby Academy, coaching and developing players across USP College and within the wider community. You'll play a key role in building pathways for both male and female players, strengthening links with local clubs and organisations, and ensuring the Rugby Academy continues to thrive.
