Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or senior-level engineer in Ruby/Rails.
• Strong architectural and system design capabilities.
• Comfortable being hands-on while leading a team.
• Experience or strong interest in LLMs and developer productivity tooling.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a technical lead working alongside the Engineering Leader.
• Leading a team of experienced engineers to design, build, and ship quickly.
• Supporting the ongoing migration from Heroku to AWS.
• Owning system design decisions and guiding architecture evolution.
• Remaining hands-on in coding, particularly within the Rails ecosystem.
