Job summary

Hawksworth is seeking an experienced Rails Engineer to contribute to developing their mortgage platform. This permanent position offers a salary of £115k, a 12% bonus, and up to 21% pension. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience with Ruby on Rails, along with skills in React and APIs. This role allows for hybrid working involving 1 day a week in the office, while leading and mentoring a small team of Engineers in a supportive environment.
