Job summary

Cleo is a fintech company building a hyper-intelligent financial advisor in users’ pockets. We operate a Ruby on Rails monolith with a React Native frontend, using TypeScript, Python for ML, and PostgreSQL on AWS.

You will work in a hybrid/remote setup in the UK, shaping features that impact users’ financial health with a collaborative, fast-paced engineering team. The role involves delivering in an agile environment, contributing to architecture discussions, and growing with the company as Cleo

Qualifications

• Experience building features in a fintech/scale-up environment.
• Strong knowledge of Ruby on Rails and React Native front-end work.
• Experience with data modeling, APIs, and business logic services.

Responsibilities

• Join a cross-functional squad to develop features that improve users' financial health.
• Lead delivery within your squad and provide technical insight across teams to ship work.
• Mentor engineers and support their growth while delivering high-quality software.
