Cleo is looking for Senior Engineers II to work on our Ruby on Rails monolith, collaborating with engineers, designers and analysts to deliver features that improve users' financial health. The role emphasizes mentoring, leadership, and delivering with agile practices.

You’ll contribute to data models, APIs and business logic, while working in a globally distributed team across the UK and EU. This remote-friendly position supports hybrid in the UK and fully remote across the EU.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industry experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Ability to mentor peers and lead delivery in a cross-functional squad.
• Strong collaboration with engineers, designers, analysts and product.
• Experience working in an agile environment and shipping features.
