Job summary

Ubisense Limited is seeking a Support Analyst to ensure continuity and quality of service for customer installations of Ubisense RTLS systems. You will deliver front-line technical support, incident management, and maintain proactive monitoring across on-site and cloud environments for major customers.

The role requires expertise in IT support, log analysis, and familiarity with Windows/Linux environments, with on-call duties and strong customer communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT or industrial automation support.
• Ability to analyse logs, traces and datasets.
• Familiarity with Windows/Linux server environments and networks.
• Strong communication and ability to work under SLA windows.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line technical support for Ubisense RTLS installations.
• Manage incidents, logging and diagnostics to restore production.
• Coordinate software maintenance and proactive system monitoring.
• Support customers remotely and on-site during maintenance windows.
• Contribute to incident reports and root-cause analysis.
• Participate in on-call rota for Priority 1 and 2 incidents.
