Job summary

Ubisense Limited is seeking a dedicated Support Analyst to ensure continuity, stability and quality of service for Ubisense RTLS deployments at major customer sites.

You will provide front‑line technical support, incident management, and proactive system monitoring, becoming an expert in Ubisense real‑time location and smart factory solutions. Office‑based with on‑call duties and occasional on‑site visits across Europe and the US.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support or NOC for production‑critical systems.
• Familiarity with Windows/Linux servers and network components.
• Experience analyzing logs and traces.
• Knowledge of SQL or data inspection tools.
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work with defined SLA and on‑call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Provide front‑line technical support for Ubisense RTLS deployments.
• Participate in on‑call rota for Europe and the US.
• Plan, set up and maintain SmartSpace instances on premise and in the cloud.
• Understand and update Ubisense solutions.
• Troubleshoot and analyse incident reports.
• Log and coordinate issues in Ubisense ticketing system.
