Diageo is seeking a skilled professional to lead liquid commercialisation within the RTD portfolio, transforming bold ideas into scalable, commercially viable products across Europe. You will work across brands, markets, and supply partners, shaping the future RTD capabilities and partnerships while delivering robust, safe, high-quality liquids.

Formación

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent in a relevant technical field.
• Experience in commercialisation, innovation or brand change within food & beverage.
• Technical expertise in liquid development and commercialisation from lab to production.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage development and production processes such as packaging, microbiology and legal requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the liquid commercialisation of RTD innovation, renovation, productivity and sustainability projects.
• Collaborate with R&D and Supply to deliver liquids meeting quality and food safety requirements.
• Manage technical risk, scale-up and project execution across the RTD portfolio.
• Act as a technical expert and build cross-functional relationships to deliver supply outcomes.
• Drive process simplification and establish consistent ways of working for future growth.
• Deliver high-quality technical documentation and governance for commercialisation.
• Support laboratory compliance, safety and adherence to health and food safety standards.
• Apply data and business understanding to solve challenges and deliver outcomes.
• Influence stakeholders across functions to progress in a fast-moving environment.
