Job summary

Sign Solutions is seeking qualified BSL/English interpreters based in Scotland’s Central Belt to join our interpreting team. The role offers full-time hours Monday to Friday, with part-time options considered, and involves face-to-face, pre-booked video, and on-demand interpreting across the public and private sectors.

You will provide high-quality interpreting services, maintain CPD and NRCPD compliance, and work with the Head Interpreter and Operations Team to ensure excellent service delivery

Qualifications

• BSL and English communication skills; interpret accurately and professionally.
• Current NRCPD registration and RSLI status required.
• DBS check or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-booked and on-demand BSL/English interpreting assignments across Scotland, face-to-face and remotely.
• Provide high-quality interpreting services meeting professional and client standards.
• Support a range of clients across public and private sectors and individuals.
• Collaborate with Head Interpreter and Operations Team to ensure effective service delivery.
• Maintain CPD requirements and professional registration.
