Speedy Hire PLC is seeking an experienced RSC+ Manager to lead our Reading depot. You will manage a busy team, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive profitability while upholding safety and ESG commitments. The role operates on-site with a standard Monday–Friday schedule and 42-hour work week.

You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, budgeting, and aligning with company values to deliver first-class service and operational excellence at Speedy Hire PLC.
