Job summary

FMG is recruiting an RRRM Storage & Disposal Administrator to manage end-to-end administration of vehicles recovered into storage, coordinating with recovery and storage suppliers, insurers, and vehicle owners.

You will handle your own caseload, arrange vehicle collections, minimise storage durations, and strive to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. The role offers a competitive salary and a wide range of benefits.

Joining our team as an RRRM Storage & Disposal Administrator, you'll play a key role in managing the end-to-end administration of vehicles recovered into storage. Working closely with recovery and storage suppliers, insurers, finance companies and vehicle owners, you'll proactively manage cases, arrange vehicle collections, minimise storage durations and help deliver positive customer outcomes.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll manage your own caseload, build strong stakeholder relationships and use your problem-solving skills to ensure vehicles are progressed efficiently whilst delivering exceptional customer service.

About You

• You'll be highly organised and confident managing multiple cases and priorities simultaneously.
• You'll have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable speaking with customers, suppliers and stakeholders at all levels.
• You'll enjoy building relationships and delivering outstanding customer service, even in challenging situations.
• You'll be proactive and able to take ownership of cases from start to finish.
• You'll have strong problem-solving skills and be able to identify practical solutions.
• You'll be comfortable making and receiving a high volume of telephone calls and managing a busy workload.
• You'll have good attention to detail and maintain accurate records across multiple systems.
• You'll be confident using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Previous experience in an administration, customer service, insurance, vehicle recovery or claims environment would be advantageous, but is not essential.
