We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our RPO Centre of Recruitment Excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven recruitment professional to support a key client of ours, partnering with their business. This role primarily involves working within the engineering and blue-collar manufacturing space. Using market intelligence and data-led insights, you'll deliver high-quality recruitment solutions and exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities
  1. Targeting niche skill sets: Use your expertise to identify and engage candidates possessing in-demand skills and cultivate a talent pool for ongoing use.
  2. Design and facilitate recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives; manage requirements against process steps, milestones, and budgets while ensuring customer satisfaction through KPIs and SLAs.
  3. Conduct market research and use market intelligence to inform innovative recruitment strategies.
  4. Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns and implement creative sourcing techniques.
  5. Develop relationships with hiring managers, HR, and other key stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and recruitment plans aligned with organizational goals.
  6. Guide hiring managers on the recruitment process, routes to market, and sourcing options.
  7. Establish clear communication channels with clients and key stakeholders to provide updates on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and sourcing strategies.
  8. Schedule regular meetings with clients to review progress, address concerns, and align on priorities.
  9. Prioritize relevant industry events to facilitate networking and promote the employer brand.
Who We're Looking For
  1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in recruitment, agency, RPO, or in-house.
  2. Experience recruiting in engineering or manufacturing environments is essential.
  3. Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence to work independently.
  4. Solid understanding of recruitment tools and technologies, including ATS platforms.
  5. Data-driven approach with experience using recruitment analytics.
  6. Proven ability to source for niche or hard-to-fill roles.
  7. Resilience, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.
  8. A full UK driving license is required.
