Overview
This is a superb RPA Blue Prism Development opportunity to work in our leading financial services client's thriving and collaborative automation team, focusing on their advanced Process Automation delivery and development.
Our client needs someone who can "hit the ground running" and you must be prepared to gather requirements and work with stakeholders to build solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Blue Prism and MS Power Automate
- Analyse business processes to identify automation opportunities and assess their feasibility
- Collaborate closely with business analysts and subject matter experts to understand process requirements and translate them into technical designs
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for RPA solutions, including process definition documents, solution design documents, and test plans
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of RPA workflows to ensure accuracy and stability
- Deploy and monitor RPA solutions, ensuring their smooth operation and identifying areas for optimization
- Work effectively with stakeholders from different departments to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to deployed RPA solutions in a timely manner
Essential Experience
- Extensive and recent hands-on RPA (Robotic Process Automation) software development experience
- Recent Blue Prism experience
- Power Automate experience
- Proficient in configuring new automation using user-friendly tools and documenting automation procedures
- Experience building automation components in accordance with business requirements and quality standards
- Responsibility for the quality and configuration of released objects and build documentation
- Strong understanding of RPA principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience in analysing business processes and identifying automation opportunities
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Experience in developing and testing RPA workflows
- Solid understanding of integration techniques with various enterprise systems
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Candidates must be UK based and have the right to work in the UK without restrictions
