You will be working for a well-known organization, primarily remotely, with occasional on-site days once a month in London. This is a 12-month contract. NPPV3 Clearance is essential for this role.

Your new role

The role involves working closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver efficient and scalable automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various robotic process automation (RPA) tools such as Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Power Automate, IBM RPA, etc. This includes native chatbot support, natural language processing (NLP), optical character recognition (OCR), native Citrix automation, document processing, IVR/IVA, workflow management, native RPA connectors, and copilot features for core Generative AI functionalities like content creation, summarization, classification, sentiment analysis, and code generation with internal/external LLMs.

This role requires programming skills, tool configuration expertise, and familiarity with the SDLC. Senior RPA developers will onboard and train new team members, ensuring they understand operational aspects such as network connections and tool integration. Knowledge of IBM Delivery Central Platform (IDCP) and IBM Consulting Advantage platform, including Methodx, assets, and assistants, is also desirable.

• Strong experience with RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism.
• Skilled in producing and executing test cases and QA processes.
• Experience in process mapping and workflow design.
• Ability to troubleshoot automation processes.
• Good communication skills for collaboration and documentation.
• Effective team player supporting senior developers.
• Expertise in UiPath Orchestrator, Blue Prism Control Room, or Automation Anywhere Control Room.
• Proficient in monitoring tools and incident management.
• Knowledge of governance and compliance standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing L2/L3 support.
• Optimizing bot performance and automation processes.
