Job summary

CAA Brand Management is seeking a Royalty Auditor to manage all aspects of royalty compliance after the Beanstalk acquisition. You will plan and execute audits, draft reports, and assist clients in settlements. You will work independently and as part of a team.

The role reports to the SVP Audit Services and involves collaboration with US/UK brand teams. Travel up to 35% internationally is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business studies required.
• At least 3 years of royalty audit experience in licensing (Brand Licensing, Entertainment, Music, Sports, Publishing).
• Solid understanding of generally accepted accounting practices (GAAP).
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow audit procedures to handle licensee audits.
• Collaborate with Audit Division, Brand Managers (US/UK) and Clients to develop audit plans.
• Independently handle audits for major brands in the portfolio.
• Coordinate with Legal, Contract Administration and Royalty Management on legal/ contractual implications.
• Liaise with US and UK brand functions to schedule and perform licensee audits.
