Job summary

CAA Brand Management is seeking a Royalty Auditor to handle all aspects of royalty compliance. The role reports to the SVP Audit Services and covers planning, execution of audits, drafting reports, and assisting clients with settlements.

You will work with Audit Division teams and Brand Managers across US and UK to develop and manage audit plans. The successful candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting/business, at least 3 years of royalty audit experience in licensing, and solid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business studies.
• At least 3 years of royalty audit experience in licensing.
• Solid understanding of generally accepted accounting practices (GAAP).
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 35% internationally.

Responsibilities

• Follow all existing audit procedures to handle licensee audits.
• Develop and manage client specific audit plans with US and UK teams.
• Independently handle audits for major brands in the auditing portfolio.
• Coordinate with Legal, Contract Administration and Royalty Management on contractual implications.
• Liaise with US and UK brand functions to identify, schedule and perform licensee audits.
