Job summary

Royal Mail is seeking a Post Person Driver in Corby for a Christmas seasonal position. The role pays £14.38 per hour and is based in Corby with a 30-hour weekly schedule. Shifts are 15:00-21:00, Monday to Sunday, with an estimated start date of 16/11/26.

Duties include sorting rounds, vehicle checks, and delivering letters and small parcels. Applicants must have a valid UK manual driving license, no more than 6 points for minor offences, and be willing to work outdoors in all weather.

Main Duties of Royal Mail Post Person:

• Sortation of round prior to departure
• Vehicle checks
• Driving manual vehicle to delivery locations or working on foot
• Delivering letters and small parcels to home and business addresses

About You:

• You must hold a valid UK manual Driving License
• No more than 6 points for minor offences (No IN, DD, DR)
• Happy to drive a company issued vehicle or work on foot
• Be physically fit
• Happy to work outside in all weather conditions
• PLEASE NOTE: You will be required to complete the Royal Mail Vetting Process which includes a basic DBS check paid for by you.
