Royal Mail is hiring a Post Person Driver in Derby. Start ASAP for a Xmas seasonal position with weekly pay and flexible hours. Roles include sorting, vehicle checks, driving or walking routes, and delivering letters and small parcels to homes and businesses.

You must hold a valid UK manual driving licence, with no more than 6 points for minor offences. DBS check is required and paid by you.

We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidates to work for Royal Mail as a Post Person Driver. Pay rates from £13.69 per hour. The role of Royal Mail Post Person is based in Derby.

Please note this a Xmas seasonal position.

Shifts for Royal Mail Post Person (Must be flexible with your hours):

Hours:

• Option 1 - 08:30-15:00 (Working Pattern - MON-SAT)
• Option 2 - 13:20-19:25 (Working Pattern - MON-SUN)

Start Date: ASAP

Pay for Royal Mail Post Person:

£13.69 per hour

Paid Weekly

Main Duties of Royal Mail Post Person:

• Sortation of round prior to departure
• Vehicle checks
• Driving manual vehicle to delivery locations or working on foot
• Delivering letters and small parcels to home and business addresses

About You:

• You must hold a valid UK manual Driving License
• No more than 6 points for minor offences (No IN, DD, DR)
• Happy to drive a company issued vehicle or work on foot
• Be physically fit
• Happy to work outside in all weather conditions

PLEASE NOTE: You will be required to complete the Royal Mail Vetting Process which includes a basic DBS check paid for by you.
