Royal Mail in Blackpool is seeking a Post Person Driver. You will drive a manual vehicle and deliver letters and small parcels to homes and businesses, in a 30-hour weekly pattern from 14:30 to 20:30.

A valid UK manual driving licence is required with up to 6 points. Vetting (DBS check) is part of the process, paid by you. The role offers ongoing temporary work with weekly pay and potential long-term progression.

We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidates to work for Royal Mail as a Post Person Driver. Pay rates from £14.38 per hour. The role of Royal Mail Post Person is based in Blackpool.

Please note this is a temporary ongoing position.

You don't need any experience, but you do require a Full UK Manual Driving License; we offer full support for you to succeed in your role! £14.38 per hour

Main Duties of Royal Mail Post Person:

• Sortation of round prior to departure
• Vehicle checks
• Driving manual vehicle to delivery locations or working on foot
• Delivering letters and small parcels to home and business addresses

About You:

• You must hold a valid UK manual Driving License
• No more than 6 points for minor offences (No IN, DD, DR)
• Happy to drive a company issued vehicle or work on foot
• Be physically fit
• Happy to work outside in all weather conditions
• PLEASE NOTE: You will be required to complete the Royal Mail Vetting Process which includes a basic DBS check paid for by you.
