Qualifications

• Coaching experience, ideally on the tideway.

Responsibilities

• Coach indoor and river-based sessions for junior racing squads.
• Maintain attendance records for all sessions.
• Ensure all equipment is suitable for use.

Skills

Sound knowledge of rowing and sculling

Experience of coaching

Knowledge of the tideway navigation rules
