Qualifications
Coaching experience, ideally on the tideway.
Understanding of rowing techniques.
Ability to plan sessions in coordination with Racing Squad Leads.
Responsibilities
Coach indoor and river-based sessions for junior racing squads.
Maintain attendance records for all sessions.
Ensure all equipment is suitable for use.
Skills
Sound knowledge of rowing and sculling
Experience of coaching
Knowledge of the tideway navigation rules
Level 2 coaching qualification
