Job summary

THG is seeking a General Manager for Myprotein ROW based at THG HQ in Manchester. You will own the P&L and drive growth across ROW markets, shaping the commercial strategy and brand development for a leading health brand.

You will lead trading, marketing, and operations, leveraging data to optimize pricing, promotions, and product strategy, while developing teams and partnerships to sustain momentum across diverse markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or general management.
• Proven track record of P&L ownership and profitable growth.
• Deep ROW e-commerce and digital marketing knowledge with localisation strategies.
• Strong commercial/analytical skills to translate data into insights.
• Experience leading and developing teams in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L and deliver sustainable growth across ROW markets.
• Develop and execute annual business and marketing strategy to meet brand goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams (trading, marketing, operations) for best-in-class CX and brand consistency.
• Drive commercial performance using pricing, promotions, and product strategy insights.
• Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, finance and compliance for efficient operations.
• Oversee marketing strategy, aligning paid/organic, CRM, influencer activity and campaigns.
• Build partnerships and monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior.
• Foster a high-performance culture with leadership and development for the team.
