• Experience as a sous chef or senior sous chef in a gastro pub, restaurant, or hotel.

Join Our Growing Team as a Roving Chef

If you are an experienced, enthusiastic, and adaptable chef who enjoys working in a variety of kitchens, we believe you’ll find a great fit with us.

Our pubs are thriving, and we’d love for you to join us on this exciting journey. Due to internal promotions and business growth, we are seeking a Roving Chef, ideally based in the Chester area, to support our existing pubs and new openings. Some travel may be involved, but we are flexible where possible.

About You

Previous experience in catering and hospitality at sous or senior sous chef level in a gastro pub, restaurant, or hotel is essential. You should have a positive, flexible attitude and be prepared to cover holidays, support new openings, or deputise for the Head Chef. Your role will involve supporting kitchen operations, fostering a food culture, and engaging your team and customers with exciting new dishes.
