The Best Connection Group is recruiting for a CNC Rout Operator (Routing & Plating Operative) based near Telford to operate CNC routing machinery and separate finished circuit boards from production panels in the PCB process.

You will follow engineering specifications, perform quality checks, and help maintain machine performance and housekeeping standards. Previous CNC or machine operating experience is preferred, with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

This role involves operating CNC routing machinery to separate finished circuit boards from production panels and manufacture internal components used within the PCB process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating CNC routing machines
• Routing finished circuit boards from mother panels
• Manufacturing internal piece parts to create windows for bonding PCBs
• Following engineering specifications and production instructions
• Completing quality checks on finished components
• Maintaining machine performance and housekeeping standards

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous CNC or machine operating experience preferred
• Ability to work to quality standards
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
