Job summary

North Yorkshire Centre for Independent Living in Bedale is seeking 2-3 Day & Night Support Workers to cover 48 daytime hours and up to 39 night-time hours per week for a disabled gentleman requiring 24/7 care.

The role includes assisting with personal/health care, accessing community activities, domestic tasks, and accompanying on holidays. Driving licence is required; epilepsy and autism experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a driver with a full UK driving licence (age 25+ for insurance).
• Experience with epilepsy and autism is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 care and assistance with personal/health needs.
• Assist the gentleman to access community activities and events.
• Perform domestic tasks and support participation in outings and holidays.
