Greencore Heathrow is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead a manufacturing unit, building capability and directing teams to deliver business plans. The 2-year FTC includes six-month rotations across sites as our major systems integration progresses.

You will oversee forecasting, planning, inventory, warehousing and distribution, collaborate on cross-functional projects and optimise cost and service. This is a high-visibility role during a period of change.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the convenience food market.
• Experience across forecasting, production planning, SOP, inventory management, warehousing, distribution planning and third-party logistics management.
• Experience in leading and developing teams.
• Experience in fast-paced, growth industry or business.
• Experience working as part of project teams or delivering change initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Lead a manufacturing unit to ensure capability and team performance meet business plans and targets.
• Implement the supply chain strategy to achieve budgeted performance and build functional capability.
• Provide leadership to keep the team engaged, safe, focused and developing.
• Promote safe operating policies across all supply chain operations including third parties.
• Ensure forecasting, planning, stock control and distribution processes across locations meet customer service targets.
• Oversee Sales and Operations planning to optimise capacity, stocks and labour.
• Lead cross-functional/customer projects to implement changes and drive service improvements.
