Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd is sourcing a Production Operative for a Deeside site. The role involves hands-on operation of production machinery and assisting with filling processes to maintain output and quality in a busy manufacturing environment.

You will work on a rotational three-shift pattern (06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00) and adhere to strict health and safety standards while contributing to efficient production.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Valid FLT licence or forklift qualification.
• Strong health and safety awareness and ability to follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment.
• Assist with product filling and manufacturing processes.
• Monitor production runs to meet targets and deadlines.
• Identify and report potential production issues or bottlenecks.
• Help reduce downtime and improve operational efficiency.
• Complete production documentation accurately.
• Report equipment faults to maintenance teams.
• Follow Health, Safety and Environmental procedures.
