Job summary

Quantum is offering an entry-level rotation programme to train as a quantum engineer over one intensive year. You will work on real hardware challenges, troubleshoot cryogenic setups, validate control hardware, and contribute to the development of large-scale quantum systems in a fast-paced environment in Oxford/London.

The programme includes three rotations with dedicated mentors and technical supervisors, and projects spanning experimental hardware, IC validation, and software for data

Qualifications

• Top-tier Master's degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering or closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated lab or hardware experience; ability to build/measure/debug physical systems.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three 4‑month rotations across experimental quantum hardware, quantum integration and IC validation.
• Contribute to design, validation and measurement of quantum devices (SiMOS qubits) and cryogenic ICs.
• Develop software for data acquisition and control interfacing with test hardware.
