The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHS Foundation Trust is seeking enthusiastic Physiotherapists to join a 6-monthly rotation programme for Band 5 physiotherapists. Rotations cover Elective Orthopaedics, Trauma Ward, Acute Stroke Unit, General Surgical Wards, Respiratory Medicine/Critical Care, Frailty wards, Orthopaedic Outpatients, Pelvic Health and Paediatrics.

Qualifications

• Undertake comprehensive physiotherapy assessments using clinical reasoning.
• Develop objectives and treatment plans with patient agreement.
• Select appropriate treatment techniques within scope and using evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Undertake comprehensive physiotherapy assessments using clinical reasoning to determine patient needs.
• Plan and undertake discharge of patients from physiotherapy when objectives are reached.
• Undertake emergency and on-call duties, following a period of training and induction. Applies to rota cover.
