Job summary

You will manage a varied caseload, discharge planning and onward referrals, while collaborating with support staff and students.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered physiotherapist with current license.
• Ability to work across multiple rotations with clinical governance involvement.
• Commitment to evidence-based assessment and rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, discharge and onward referral.
• Deliver physiotherapy interventions and develop therapeutic programmes and discharge pathways.
• Collaborate with physiotherapy support workers and students, and participate in CPD activities.
• Engage in multi‑professional integrated working and on‑call/rota duties.
