Job summary

NHS Dumfries and Galloway is seeking a Band 6 Rotational Physiotherapist to join its Acute Physiotherapy Service at Dumfries & Galloway Royal Infirmary. The role offers diverse clinical rotations across orthopaedics, acute medicine, general surgery, rehab and respiratory care, with weekday and weekend on-call duties.

You will work within a supportive multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care, support discharge planning and contribute to service development and quality

Qualifications

• Has relevant post-registration experience, ideally within acute hospital settings.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Adaptable, proactive and committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
• Passion for ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
• Can contribute positively to service development and innovation.
