Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a physiotherapist to manage an autonomous caseload with support from senior staff. You will communicate with the MDT, patients and carers to deliver patient-centred care and contribute to CPD, audits and education.

The role includes documentation, appraisal participation, supervising assistants and students, and weekend/on-call duties as part of extended hours while upholding consent and capacity guidelines.

Qualificações

• Must hold a Physiotherapy Degree and HCPC registration.
• Ability to assess patients, formulate a problem list and treatment plan.
• Experience with goal setting and clinical governance/audit.
• Clear written and spoken English per OUH guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and treat own caseload as an autonomous practitioner with senior support.
• Communicate with MDT, other health professionals, patients and carers.
• Maintain and develop CPD and participate in education, training, audits and projects.
• Document patient care verbally and in writing; participate in supervision and appraisal.
• Supervise physiotherapy assistants and students; participate in extended hours including on-call, evenings and weekends.
