• Assess, plan and implement individualised treatment programmes to promote recovery, improve function, and support discharge planning.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, contribute to service development, and participate in clinical supervision and in-service training.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure safe and effective care delivery.
